Racquel Barnes

Greetings to you! I am Racquel Barnes your psychotherapist and I would like to extend a warm and big welcome to Catching Patterns. I am glad to see that you are looking to support yourself and I know that seeking help can often be a scary step, no matter how many times we have tried therapy. 

 

I am trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and have 11 year’s worth of experience working in mental health, primarily in the NHS. I am deeply passionate about helping people rediscover their self-worth and at the idea of being in community with you.
